Project Overview:
This established home in Coppell was in need of a full window upgrade. The original single-pane, grid-style windows were outdated, inefficient, and beginning to show signs of wear. Our goal was to modernize the home’s look while improving its comfort and energy efficiency—without compromising its character.
Before:
The original windows featured traditional colonial grids that blocked natural light and made cleaning difficult. Many of the seals were broken, causing drafts and condensation. From the curb, the windows looked aged and muted against the home’s cream exterior. The bay window on the side was showing wear and needed to be reset.
After:
We installed sleek, energy-efficient picture and single hung windows with clean, gridless glass for a modern update. The new design floods each room with natural light and gives the home a fresh, upscale look from every angle. The black frames on the front and sides popped against the cream exterior and the bay window provided a major upgrade. With Low-E glass and airtight framing, the homeowners will enjoy lower energy bills and improved comfort year-round.
Key Highlights:
Full-home window replacement (front, sides, and rear elevation)
Custom-fit, energy-efficient windows with Low-E glass
Gridless design for modern aesthetics and maximum light
Improved curb appeal, insulation, and long-term performance
